Such a great service, fuss-free, and easily make your friends and family's days. I send birthday cards monthly with the "send later" function. Staff are an excellent help. I would love to receive a conformation when delivered also.

Staff have since followed up and am happy to award this business 5 stars.

A great service.Cards arrived quickly to my son in Canada. I would highly recommend this service. I made a error with the mailing address which they rectified without fuss.. I will certainly be using Cardly going forward.

Used them a few time and they are amazing the cards are so lovely. Very helpful I accidentally put the wrong address and they helped me out straight away, affordable especially when you are sending over seas.

I had some difficulty while making my order for a birthday card. Having sent a message on the little window at right, Patrick replied by email and guided me through every step! I have never had so much personal help from an internet website before!
It is quite refreshing to get a real human at the other end, in all this world of Bots and Virtual Assistants. So I appreciated Patrick's personal help very much.
(My problem had been simple, I should have used the magnifier + and - to adjust the image size so that it was all on the screen. I hadn't noticed the magnifier tool was there!)

10 days to send a card. I've used Cardly three times as I live overseas and away from family. They have been on time 0 times. Whatever they say add 4-5 days. Also, how about giving an option that let's us know delivery times before you surprise us with 3x the national average delivery speed.

Patrick could not have been more helpful.
He managed to solve the problem after several emails- probably caused by me having a Granny moment!🤦‍♀️

I have chosen to send a customized card which was designed by myself, after I paid Ive noticed that there was an issue with the final result as the design had some flaws and wasn’t neat and it was totally my fault, so I reached out to cardly support and my case was handled by Patrick who suggested to cancel the order and submit a new one and cardly will credit my account so that I won’t have to pay again!!! How lovely and kind is that Ive been using Their service for 8 months now and let me tell you this,, Cardly never ever failed me not even ince, I am a loyal and a happy customer!!

Great service, I had to make a change to my order and they corrected it fast and with no hassle. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service and cost effective! I even made a mistake on the address and notified them about 8 hrs later after realising my mistake and they corrected it for me in a timely fashion. So I would also say great customer service!

Needed to send a card from UK to Australia very quickly and found this service to be brilliant. The variety of cards is amazing and its easy to personalise them with wide range of options. Excellent value too.

Great price, great customer service! I sent a card, then realized I had forgotten to include some information on the card. When I emailed the company they got back to me quickly with a resolution. I really appreciate knowing that a company has such good things to offer AND great customer support. I will always use Cardly and have broadcasted to my friends and neighbors.

I wanted a quicker (than posting uk to Australia) card/gift which could be sent direct.
I came across Cardly after a bit of a google search, very impressed that I can pay in sterling, order a gift card, personalise the card and secure the gift card with personal details belonging to the recipient.
I liked that there was a variety of postage options and my card arrived very quickly.

I’ve never been a lover of sending online cards but when I realised I didn’t have enough time to post a card from uk to Australia I had no choice, thank goodness I came across Cardly, what a breath of fresh air! The choice and personalisation of the cards is amazing, I especially love the ability to doodle which allows you to really personalise your card. Unfortunately I input the recipient address with an error and contacted customer service. The response was almost instant (no waiting 48-72hrs for a response from Cardly) and Patrick was so friendly and helpful and rectified the error with ease, thank you Patrick! I will most definitely be recommending Cardly, can’t wait to use again!!

After speaking with Patrick, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company based on customer service alone. He always responds promptly, has taken the time to answer a million of my questions, and sent through video instructions to help me get my account set up.

Had to write a review for this because of how happy I am with the service! I sent my card a little later than I should have, but it arrived earlier than expected - on Valentine's Day itself! The website is a little tricky to navigate, but easy to use once you get a hold of it. I was amazed at the quality of the handwriting and doodles, and my recipient was surprised that it was all done online because of how handcrafted it looked! I was also surprised at how affordable it was (please don't change your prices xD)

Now that I'm far away from my family, I will definitely come back again and again for these personalised cards.

Cardly is simply AwesOme.. huge number of selection and always delivering at time.. even if something goes wrong, u can always connect to their helpline.. and they r very helpful.. appreciate it.
