Promises a lot but will let you down.

I was booked on a mileage builder sailing from Rhu Marina back to Penarth. Schedule agreed and deposit paid. Peter out of the blue, messages me and says due to change of crew, they cannot leave at 8.30am and changes departure time, without discussion to 5.30pm to travel to Scotland based upon the other new crew member.

Watch out for the offers of free sailing in return for carrying out maintenance, or the offer to invest in his yacht.

If you book 5 days training on an RYA course don't be surprised if he cancels it short and still issues an RYA certificate.

Diesel Maintenance course RYA 1 day. Peters world, read the course notes, watch a few PowerPoint slides, 2hrs later without touching an engine leave with RYA certificate in hand.

I cannot recommend Cardiff Sailing and would suggest you save your money and choose someone else.
