Absolutely brilliant experience
Absolutely brilliant experience. My 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced here and the staff could not have been more thorough, patient and importantly safe/careful. They explained the process and aftercare really well and obviously take great pride in their work and hygiene standards. The jewellery they use is the best quality and the piercings have healed really nicely, with no issues. Daryl was also very helpful when one earring came out a couple of months later (due to my daughter playing with it!) and helped get it back in. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wishing to get piercings - and especially for parents of young people who want to get their first piercing.

Disappointed with Service and Aftercare
I’m disappointed with my experience at this business. My partner and I both had welded bracelets fitted. The appointment took around an hour — far longer than expected.
My partner raised concern at the time that their bracelet was too loose, but we were advised that it was “better to have it loose in case repairs were needed later.” Unfortunately, that advice proved incorrect, as the bracelet came off and was lost within two weeks.
When we contacted the business, we were told there would be no replacement or refund because the bracelet was lost, even though the loss resulted directly from the advice given at the fitting. Despite explaining the situation in full, the company repeatedly refused to take any responsibility.
We expected a more professional and customer-focused response, especially given the circumstances.

Hi Sophie, we're sorry to hear you're disappointed. Your partner's bracelet was securely fitted and checked at the appointment.
We feel a 30 minute appointment per client is totally acceptable and give us time to be sure everything is as it should be.
The advice given was correct and in line with our professional standards. As the bracelet was later lost, we were unable to inspect it or verify the cause. But we did offer a goodwill discount towards a replacement. We always aim to provide a safe and positive experience for every client.
Excellent piercing shop!
This piercing shop is great - they’re always so helpful and do such a good job. Brilliant selection of jewellery, highly recommend!

Best piercing studio in Cardiff
I’ve been to Cardiff Piercing a few times now and I’m always impressed. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to make sure everything is done properly and safely. Their hygiene standards are excellent, they even show you that your jewellery has been sterilised, which is really reassuring.
Everyone I’ve encountered there has been super friendly, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The selection of jewellery is huge, so many beautiful, high-quality pieces to choose from! It’s definitely on the pricier side, but in my opinion, it’s well worth the investment if you’re after jewellery that looks amazing and will last.
I’d definitely recommend Cardiff Piercing to anyone looking for expert piercers in Cardiff who genuinely care about what they do and offer top-tier jewellery and service.
