Fabulous service

I purchased two baby cards, my friend expecting two grandsons to be born. The cards arrived quickly, beautifully packaged. I had a quick look, yes, they were fine.
Due to sad circumstances, I didn't get them out to send for a while and when I did discovered I was missing an envelope. I emailed and I can't thank them enough for their excellent service, not just replacing the envelope, but replacing one of the cards, then sending a little gift with a lovely note.
I will happily order from them again.
