When I tried to install the app I could not enter the password for some reason. After I tried ti use the app and when asked to input password it declined to accept it. How am I to use this app ? I thought the app was useful if it worked. Try to reinstall it but getting message “you already have account with that email address” well, yes but useless

Member's, who use our services typically require assistance in doing so from CarCostCanada as well as dealerships.One of our services includes a recommended dealer feature. Dealers only reach out to our members to provide the assistance they need. Also, our members feel very comfortable as these dealers are hand-picked specially by us! The “How it Works” portion of our website advises our members that dealers will be reaching out to provide you with amazing service and the best price possible. With that being said, we are also aware that even though the dealer referral feature is beneficial, there are still members who would rather take these particular steps on their own. We have other options available for these members as well that we would be happy to discuss with you!
