Sophia was amazing from start to finish. The whole process was quick an overall positive experience.

Cam was fantastic in sorting out our loan in a very short period. Nice to have somebody that picks up the phone to you rather than just by email. Fantastic experience.

No clear information provided by broker regarding monthly fees or interest rates. He didnt set up the direct debit as fortnightly as i requested.

I originally opted for one of the big 4 banks. Everything was online & I became frustrated with double handling & being unable to actually speak with a bank consultant as all dealings were only via online chat. From the very first conversation with Jules @ Car Clarity I felt confident. He was always available to chat to & was super responsive. The whole process was completed quickly & efficiently & it really took the stress out of the loan procedure. I even got a better interest rate than the big 4 bank! Thanks Car Clarity. I know I will be a return customer in the future.

I am writing to share a detailed account of my recent and unfortunately unsatisfactory experience with Car Clarity, specifically involving a representative .
I initially approached Car Clarity for assistance with a car loan, partly because their website was presented with high ratings. However, my experience has been quite the opposite of what I expected from a well-rated service.
From the start, collected an extensive amount of my personal and financial information. This included my bank statements, financial statements, previous loan statements, credit card details, driver’s license, and even my passport—essentially all highly sensitive personal data. Despite providing all of this, I found it exceedingly difficult to get in touch with him afterward. My calls often went straight to voicemail, and there was minimal communication or clarity on the status of my application.
When hedid finally return my call, he informed me that the loan could not be approved. His explanation was vague, simply stating that my statements were unclear due to some overdue payments. It seemed both unprofessional and unreasonable to have gathered such sensitive information only to end the process with a vague denial.
In conclusion, my experience with Car Clarity, and in particular with him has been extremely disappointing. I strongly advise others to be cautious and reconsider before engaging with this company, as my experience suggests a significant lack of professionalism and respect for clients’ sensitive information.

Cameron made the process seamless from start to finish

Process on car clarity end took longer than expected and lost the sale of a vehicle due to this. Timeframe of loan pre and during process needs to be communicated. Interest on loan is very high, I would be paying double half the loan in interest. Not sure if the agent shopped around and rate and loan amount was not communicated prior, this should be mandatory for the agent to communicate this so people can make a decision that's right for them.
