Got a more or less instant quote which was easily the best. When I accepted, a very nice lady called immediately to arrange collection. The chap called me when he was on his way, picked up the car on time, and was very friendly and professional. Full payment was made within 24 hours. Highly recommend this firm. Excellent service!

I had a phone call within a couple of hours of accepting my quote. My car was booked in and collected the next day. Requested a cheque and the driver came with it. Cannot recommend them enough. This is the second time ive used them and cannot fault them.

Quote was accepted 4 times but kept vanishing off my account. Waited the 48 hours for a phone call, 4 times. I chased up by phone and email multiple times, heard nothing. Time wasters and unprofessional.

Easy to use web page to get a quote.. without having to enter phone numbers and email address. Next day collection and less than 24 hour payout. Pruce quoted was the price they paid. Great friendly staff.

I’ve scrapped 2 cars with Carbusters and on both occasions the service was excellent.

After requesting a quote I was contacted quickly to arrange a convenient collection slot. 

Drivers call when they're about to leave which gives you advance notice.

Both cars were non-runners but they had no issues getting them onto the trailer.

The drivers were also friendly and polite and payment was received promptly.

Highly recommended.

BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER!

Accepted a quote online and waited 3-4 days for call to arrange collection. Call never arrived despite numerous chasing and calling them, they never answer the phone and when they do all they say is someone will call you back - which they do not!

Also chased by email and using their online web form again no answer!

Absolutely terrible collected my car yesterday told me I’d be paid within 24 hrs no payment contacted them twice the next day and was told I’d get a call back still no payment and now closed till Monday will be contacting police first gong Saturday morning to report my car as stolen

Had an old Peugeot that had been sat on my driveway for years picked up yesterday & I got to say, First Class Service, I cannot fault this business, the driver was so down to earth & helpful, the car was on the truck in minutes & the payment made to my bank in less than 24 hours. They do what they say, exactly what you want, no false claims. I’d recommend them to everyone, good job, great business, I would definitely use them again.

Does what it says on the tin. Put details in on the website, accepted the quote and got a call from the office to arrange collection. Very friendly and helpful and accommodating for the collection time. Great service, Daniel was very polite and professionally when he collected....seem less, I'd have no problem recommending to friends

Used this company several times over the last year or so and never had an issue. Unfortunately this time they have really let themselves down. Accepted a quote of £282 for my van on Tuesday 17th june but nobody has contacted me to arrange collection. Popped into the yard on Thursday 19th to find out what was going on and the chap I spoke couldn't care less and was rude and unhelpful. Recieved an email afterwards to say my quote had expired, despite the fact I had accepted it and was waiting on them to arrange collection. Sent an email which was ignored. Now my vehicle is showing a price of £253 on their website and I still haven't had any contact from anyone. Have recieved a better price elsewhere so will give up

Got highest quote for my audi to be scrapped , first was quite skeptical as didn't had loads of reviews however booked in and all went straight forward from there, got money next day for car.
