Just wanna start off by saying thank you. I order carbon door handles for my honda civic and when they arrived one had been damaged in transit contacted carbon my ride and they got back to me straight away and sent a new one out free of charge and absolute hassle free thank you again🙂

Bought an M2 black boot badge, the font was different from advertised - they advertise the same as OEM but it’s different. It was also smaller than OEM so not a direct replacement despite being advertised as a direct replacement. No response to my email requesting a refund. Avoid this company.

I ordered black badges for my scirocco. It was labelled online that it was for my car model. The front badge fit fine except the back one didn’t fit on. It was too small. I contacted the seller on Facebook and instagram with no response at all. Disappointing especially after paying around €50 for two pieces of literal plastic.

Got a BMW carbon key cover. Fitted really well and arrived on time. Customer service were also very reachable and friendly when I asked about whether it will fit my keys. Happy with the product.

Ordered a chrome delete kit for my Audi A3. The parts arrived after a couple of weeks. When I offered up the black metal trims over the top of the existing chrome trim, it became apparent that they were very poor quality as they did not fully cover the existing trim. I emailed the seller with photos to let them know. They replied to say as long as I returned the product in its original condition & packaging so they could resell it I would receive a refund. I thought this was a bad sign - them wanting to resell a product unfit for purpose - but by that time was just wanting my refund. I returned the item as it arrived to me, included a note with the order number and reason for return. I had still not heard anything 2 weeks after the item had been delivered to the seller. I contacted them again and received no response. The seller left me with no other option than to try to recover the costs through my bank account. The case is still ongoing.

I ordered some carbon fibre wing mirror covers for my Type R FN2 but were out of stock and said they would be 4 weeks which is fair enough . A few weeks later i asked if i ordered another product would they post them together to save me on postage which they did . I've had some great stuff from them and the customer service is spot on so I'll definitely keep using them 👍

I had a good experience ordering from them they respond quick and delivered quick, ordered the wrong item and got a refund without having to return the item back to them. I'll definitely be buying again from carbon my ride.

After i ordered my item i got the wrong item even tho it was the correct one i ordered

When i wanted to return it it took them 3 days to respond

And finally after over 1 week they finally understod that i wanted to return it but then they just sent me information that I cant use to return it from my country

If your thinking about buying these for your 2017 Tiguan don’t think just buy. You’ll be over the moon on how these make you Tiguan look so different. They are a great value for money, fast delivery. When doing a test fit on the badge on the boot i found that the top was secure so I put abit extra doulbe sided tape on. I’d buy from these guys again, keep up the good work 👍👍👍👍👍

My order was sent back before deadline and customer service is non existant. I will contact my bank to get the money transfered back.
I finally received the money back.

I had order a steering wheel badge and rear badge for my seat Leon Cupra.

The gunmetal steering wheel badge was suppose to be black and grey. Instead I received a grey and grey badge.

The gunmetal Cupra 300 badge was not a OEM badge. It didn't have the proper adhesive, support. It also wasn't curved as the OEM is to fit correctly to the boot.

Both products are exactly the same as from a generic Chinese website. Even the packaging came with chinese markings. Therefor the assumption is reasonable that these products came from china (AliExpress/temu/etc)

Do not recommend to order from this site!

Avoid this company

Mirror caps are not a perfect fit you can still see the original red mirror cap at the indicator and around the top.

Couldn't even be bothered to supply some 3m tape on them

Yet they charge a fortune for them and have the audacity to send them 5th class stamp.
