I ordered carbon brushes on 13th May, it is now 26th May, and despite previous emails I have had no reply, and no brushes. I am about to initiate a credit card charge back. Their selling website is very slick, and it looked easy to order the brushes I wanted. I strongluy suggest this company is avoided as not delivering is one thing, but not replying to emails makes it very suspicious.
I paid for the delivery of a set of Carbon brushes on the 11th of October and am still awaiting delivery. I was attracted to the company by the promise of "swift" delivery. I have emailed the company three times seeking advice on delivery three times without getting any response. I suspect the company is a scam and would advise others to avoid them.
