Great ring, please improve your communication
The ring is great, just as expected, the product itself is great, my only complaint is about communication, you're spending a good amount of money on this product and you'd expect more information about status; after I placed my order I only received an email confirming it was received and that was it. My delivery was delayed and only after I sent an email asking about it I was informed about the delay. Then the product was sent and the only information I received about it was from UPS saying that TCL NA was sending a package to me. Then I looked for TCL NA and I found out it might be related to Caratlane, and then I got it. Don't get me wrong, I'm ok with the process and happy with the product, this is a suggestion about the level of communication you expect when you're spending certain amounts of money. Thanks!

Customer service is good. I’ve had prices drop while the product was en route due to a site promotion and swetha from customer care price matched the item when i reached out. She was incredibly understanding and helpful.

I purchased a bracelet from CaratLane on July 4th, with an estimated delivery date between July 22nd and 24th. I originally ordered the bracelet in 14KT gold.
A few days later, around July 9th, I checked the website again and noticed that there was an option to customize the bracelet in 18KT gold. I reached out to customer service to see if it was possible to change my existing order, and that’s when I had the pleasure of connecting with Sushma.
She was truly one of the sweetest and most helpful customer service representatives I have ever interacted with. She helped me change my order from 14KT to 18KT and consistently followed up with me throughout the entire process — from the customization change all the way until the bracelet was delivered.
Since the order was coming from India, there was a delay in delivery, which was a little disappointing at first. However, Sushma went above and beyond to help. She continuously followed up with the logistics team, kept me informed with updates, and made every effort to ensure that I received my order as soon as possible.
I even had to change the delivery address during the process, and once again, Sushma patiently helped me with everything and made the entire experience much easier and less stressful.
Finally, when I received the bracelet, I was extremely happy with it! ❤️ The finished product is beautiful, the quality and craftsmanship are wonderful, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
I would definitely recommend CaratLane, not only for their beautiful jewelry but also for the wonderful customer service I received. A very special thank you to Sushma for her patience, kindness, consistent follow-ups, and dedication throughout the entire journey. She truly made a difference in my experience.

I am 200% satisfied with the Tata product. But the shipping is very annoying with UPS. They dont hold it for us to go and pick it. And they dont acurately say when it is coming and we are forced to stay home for that product. I would request you should either remove signature enable options to customer who dont want not mandatory at the same time they may need to hold at office for us to go and pick with direct line. I feel Fedex had very good service compared to UPS i had two packages returened sevarl times and no proper information when called to customer service. If you are going to pursue ups then i may not purchase through your or can look for alternatives like sams club or costco for jewellery as shipping is very very annoying did not come on time and its ver unreliable option to choose ups you need to find a solution for this shipping mechanisam
