Returned a faulty item and they gave me the run-around, so told them to cancel the order. Gone very quiet. Their returns policy might be OK with ebay, but it is in direct contravention of Trading Standards/ Distance selling/ Returns rules. Now going through County Court and complaint to Trading Standards.
Very correct company. I was able to order some small gas adapters for my camper and I live in Albania. Firstly they didnt have the option to deliver in my country. They helped me all the way to make this possible.
