Problems with invoice (no chance to get invoice for company and CHAT does not allow to write anything).

My young son and I went to Texas on a trip. He is a big boxing fan so we got tickets to the Mike Tyson fight, Unfortunately it was cancelled but as the trip was booked we went anyway. I decided to treat him and myself 😂 and rented a convertible Camero for a few days while there. I booked through Car Trawler and actually spoke with an agent as I don’t have a credit card and know some American companies require one. He confirmed the rental company would give the Camero using a debit card for the deposit although it was more expensive than advertised on their website. I took
It. On arrival in Dallas we went to the hire company area. They refused to give me the Camero unless I had a credit card. I tried for some hours to fix this problem with car trawler to no avail. My son was getting tired so I accepted an old forester. I complained to car trawler when I came home. It took them 172 days to write back to me and say the cars were in the same category so tough. I appealed stating, to rent the forester on their website cost 300 dollars and the Camero for the same rental cost 980 dollars. They still insist they are the same catagore. The company policy seems to be once we have their money, forget them. Shame on you Cartrawler.

Scam / no one showed up no refund no one even replies to complaints…

This company is a scam and fraudulent with promises and fees. They should be shut down NOW! so many customers have been ripped off. We stood waiting for our free shuttle in the rain for hours at Tampa International Airport car rental center. NO FREE Shuttle - no shuttle at all - other customers were waiting as well. this company GREENMOTION & CarNgo are one in the same. I tried for days to get someone on the phone, no answer, no manager NO HELP. I am still trying to get my deposit back. We were left stranded. Just a total scam. Lots of hidden fees. Please do not do business with these companies. They deserve a minus 10 for stars. Please stop this from happening to other Senior Citizens on fixed incomes. How these companies can get away this.

These people ant be trusted.

They gave me a car which was like from 1950. My family were frightened as it was making noise all over.

They have refused to take debit card on the counter and made me to buy 150 pound worth of another insurance.

Never rent

Not a great choice. Honestly you are better off giving these guys a pass. Expensive, slow, uncooperative.

i rented or tried to rent a car from this compagny just this weekend october 2017 ---

car was prepaid for, but as I wanted to pick it up.... the people at the desk said i could not have the car as my credit card was /is a debit card only.

I have rented cars for 25 years in the uk using the same card---so I dont know what they are talking about.
as a result I had to rent a another car at a different compagny......
I dont know what their cars are like --as I never got to drive one...and for sure im not hirering a car there ever again.

be avare of handing in procedures before 21.00 hundred hours and customer charge after 24.00 hundred hours 75 uk pounds

Worst rental car I ever hired a car !! They charge a huge fee for extra kilometers. The car was terribly dirty. Nobody was able to speak English. Cheaters.
