I been playing captain cook for years . I won a 22000 off them and ever since then . They stop letting me use my vip point. Witch help me move up to different levels. They say the same thing everything. I miss used the bounce future . But that's what it's there for. To use it when u need it. They are a bunch of scammed after u win big with them. I made a big win of just over 4500 then won some vip chips as a bonus including one for 600 and another for 1000 plus I’ve deposited thousands and got more vip chips that way. But for some reason they have a block on me from redeeming those chips and they won’t tell me why except it has to do with my winnings my deposits my playing etc now I’m only talking about 2550 chips which when redeemed is only $25.50 not hundreds of thousands I’ve tried depositing more money but I’m still blocked. This law a Royal pain in the ass. One I’d like resolved but they don’t seem to want to
I should have added that I’ve talked to the support team only to be told that they can’t do anything that even though my vip points are blocked i can still deposit and play and earth n more points which I’ve done but my VIP points are still blocked and no one can lift the ban. So why should I continue to dump more money into a casino that does this to me for no reason. I’ve put in hundreds more since the block but they won’t let me redeem a lousy 25$ in vip points after everything I’ve put into the casino this is how I get treated after one big win.
So don’t tell me to go talk to your support they won’t do anything
So I tried again to go to your help support only to be shut down over and over again stating my vip points are depended but I can certainly deposit more money and play and earn more VIP points that I’m not allowed to use.
I’ve gone ahead deposited over 500 into other captains cooks and the luxury casinos far more than the meaner 25.50 my VIP points are worth but your help dormant help they just keep regurgitating the same garbage that my points are suspended but I’m welcome to continue playing and earning more points I can’t use.
This is absolute trash your super system it’s run by bots I never get to speak to an agent instead in cut off after they tell me 3,times that my points are suspended they can’t tell me why but in more than welcome to keep playing.
Well I’ll tell you this I won’t be putting any more money into you’re casino until you clear this cramp up I’ll go find another casino who will welcome my money just fine and treat me better.
