Nonexistent customer service
When i bought a hat their return policy said anything new and unworn can be returned within 30 days. I contacted them about 10 days after receiving, they waited a week to reply and said "u bought this hat 20 days ago, it cant be returned." and subsequently ignored my response about the website refund policy. I go to their site and now they've changed it to no returns... My return should be honored since that was the policy WHEN i bought the hat. Lost me as a customer after dozens of hats bought.
