Prior to placing my order I had several email exchanges with the customer service team. They were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions promptly and made great suggestions for a suitable colour scheme for my fascinator. I also sent them photos of the outfit I'm wearing for my son's wedding. The fascinator arrived today and I'm extremely pleased with it, the style, colours and additional gemstones are all perfect and it's a beautiful item.

The negative reviews on Trustpilot did concern me but my experience with Caprilite has been great and I have already recommended them to another wedding guest.

Order arrived within 3 days. Delighted with my new fascinator/ hat. Looks exactly as described and colour matches perfectly with my wedding outfit.

I wanted a fascinator to match my dress and accessories but unable to find anything in bright orange and fuchsia I turned to Caprilite who perfectly matched my colours in the design I wanted, they even added crystals to complement those in my accessories. I highly recommend this small business as nothing was too much trouble and from my initial contact my fascinator was delivered, perfectly packaged within days.

RETURNED FASCINATOR NEXT DAY AFTER ARRIVAL AS THE WRONG COLOUR FOR OUTFIT. USED POST OFFICE SIGNED DELIVERY ON ARRIVAL AT EXTRA COST. PO NOTIFIED THAT FASCINATOR WAS RETURNED , BUT I NEVER GOT ANY REFUND DESPITE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AT EMAILING AND AND CONTACTING FIRM. WOULD ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY.

I have bought two fascinators recently, on separate occasions, and I have been delighted with both of them. They both arrived incredibly quickly and were carefully packaged. Each one fits the description on the website and they look great. I am highly satisfied with my fascinators and will use Caprilite again.

The image looked so promising however when it arrived it was more red/ pink rather than burgundy. Colour didn’t match their website image whatsoever! Also the headband they provide to help hold the disc fascinator to your head is so flimsy it has zero chance of staying put. I have emailed and got a reply stating that’s their burgundy and giving me returns process. The process also doesn’t guarantee a refund. I would not use them - find a better place considering what you pay, the quality should be so much better. Do not use would be my advice.
