I had a problem with my gas Hob that is still under warranty. I Emailed the caple company and a very helpful young lady guided me through what was needed to fix the problem. Now as soon as a few days an engineer is booked to rectify the problem excellent customer service

Recently had a new kitchen fitted by Sigma 3, the tap was Caple Ave2/bk, when running the tap with hit water the water gushes out and you cannot use it without being splashed everywhere - it’s awful , the kitchen designer from Sigma 3 came out and said that can’t be right, I will take up with Caple- their response was “ Thank you for confirming.
Having a look at this it is the design of the tap itself as it a dual flow.
Not putting it on full will off course cause less splash” unbelievable- Not fit for purpose - I am flabbergasted- don't use your tap as it splashes !- ruins my kitchen
Update- Caple have been in touch, supplied a replacement aerator (end of tap) with instructions to take end off tap, cut the tube inside, out new aerator on and screw back together. This works, changing the tap from Dual to single outlet, stopping the ridiculous slashing. A result for me but they obviously knew of the problem as there Product department had a pre arranged resolution. They really should change the production of this type of tap. I have increased my stars from 1 to 3, Caple requested I remove the review but this is not fair to potential customers

Had some issues with disintegration round the Lip of our sink and this was dealt with very quickly by Ian Garven the Sales Rep from Caple - The issue was dealt with within 24hrs with a replacement sink being arranged - Outstanding Service and Customer Focus.

The staff at customer were kind, helpful & very polite. On the strength of their help I have purchaded a new Caple oven ( as unfortunately my original oven was unable to be repaired) All my kitchen appliances are Caple - now over 10 years & all but the oven going strong as good as new !!!

Excellent communication from Caple so really appreciated. But unfortunately the delivery company had a tracking system that was really very poor in fact it is the worst of all the delivery companies that I have dealt with. My postcode could not be found although I live in a well established area.
