Still haven't received my purchase 2 weeks later

Is has been 2 weeks and my product has not shipped!!!!! And I get no answer when I call

Very professional, quick and efficient. Product high quality.

I was impressed that not long after placing the order I was contacted about the specific product and had a helpful discussion with the customer service person. The order was just delivered as I asked UPS to delay delivery due to our being out of town. I would not hesitate to use this supplier again.

I paid for 2day UPS Air and my item was received 2 weeks later. Ordered 11.15.24. Arrive 12.2.24. I tried to cancel the order last week prior to it shipping and the website was not user friendly. Now I have to make a trip to return the item I tried to cancel because it did not ship for over a week after the 2nd day air order was placed. Kind of a hassle all the way around

Product was as advertised, delivered on time and very reasonably priced.

I have not received my product and when I use the tracking it appears it has not shipped and there is no further info about the expected ship date. It says awaiting shipment and there is no tracking number assigned yet. I would like to have it say an expected ship date, even if it's just an estimate and weeks out.

Shipping via UPS was a hassle.
When I purchase from you, I was given a shipping rate of ~$60. I accepted that. then about a week later, i recieved updates that my package was coming and delayed and that were several reasons why my package was not being delivered. Then, after a few days of receiving these warning,I went on the UPS site, and noticed that UPS required payment. So I paid another $60 to UPS. UPS came to my door about an hour later (11 pm at night!), and posted a sign that my package will arrive the next day. So overall I paid $120 in shipping for about $90 in goods.

The product I needed was in stock and shipped fairly quick.

Materials were easy to find on website and ordering was simple. Received products in a timely manner. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service from these guys. No issues. Equipment was well packaged. Delivery from the US to Australia was a total of three days. A courier company would have been slower. I’m very pleased and will use their service again.

I paid for faster delivery because had an urgent need of ordered products. When I received it, one part was missing. I had to send it back (it was on Friday), and was promised by sales representative that will receive it back by Monday. But in the end it's been eleven days since the broken product was sent back, and a new one hasn't been delivered yet. Irresponsible workers. Disappointed and mad. This was the first and the last time I order something from this place
