Capital on Tap were brilliant from the start.

Capital on Tap were brilliant from start to finish. They spotted a small mistake on my application and fixed it quickly, keeping me updated the whole way through. Once that was sorted, getting a card for my limited company was honestly one of the easiest parts of setting everything up. Fast, clear, and genuinely helpful service — exactly what you want when you’re trying to get a new business off the ground. Highly recommended.

Application made easy

The application was very easy. Business loan applications are usually cumbersome, but CoT made it stress-free. Card arrived quickly. Great App and very easy to navigate.

Truly pleasurable experience…

Over the years I’ve dealt with a number of financial institutions, I call them that for the right reason. I did not feel like Capital on Tap was an institution, it felt more like a great business partner, a business investment / support partner that really cared about their customers priority needs.

Not to mention the speed of service. Account set up and usable very easily and efficiently. Customer service team are awesome. Very knowledgeable and don’t speak to you like robots, down to earth and incredibly willing to help.

The extra 0.5% might not be worth the hassle

They might offer 0.5% more cash back than Amex, but they definitely don’t offer the same customer service. For a business & busy people, not sure that extra bump is worth the hassle.
