I made the mistake of answering a call from their 0333 number this morning - the person on the other end launched into her script without taking breath or even asking if it was okay for me to take the call - Im a Will writer and when I attempted to tell her this she was v rude and only answered with 'well have you got a will or not ' clearly they have very real targets to meet . I then phoned back to ask if they could remove me from their calling list and explained the reasons why .. at no time was an apology offered and when I said thanks for the apology , he stated that he would never give one ...word to the wise - dont bother - v rude and I doubt any of them are fully qualified to give any advice about estate planning .. unless its on their script !

once on the phone you cant get rid of them i had 11 mins of rubbish before i hung up , now barred, offered me every product under the sun and all this from a cancelled account
would you belive this lot have just rung back again on another number 18 october 2023

All Are Scammers here please don't trust, every one is fake here i have 50k loss only 2 days, i request to all never trust capital life.

Absconded with £2000 of my money paid in to a funeral plan. No integrity. GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.

This company are a load of thief's. I set up a funeral plan over a year ago, they then moved me to a company i don't want to go with, surely its my choice who i go with? they offered me like for like but it would cost me over 1000 pounds more. I asked for my money back which is over 350 pounds and i'm told i cant get my money back and that i've lost it all. Surely they cant just decide to keep my money? I would never recommend this company and would advise you to not use them either. Go with a reputable company who wont steal your money

Unless you wish to lose your money.
Anyone that had a funeral plan and opted out and capital life are refusing to refund because they cancelled the plan, do what I'm doing and take them to court.

Friendly and polite staff member spoke to me about my current plan and what further offers were available and helped with a query regarding a potential referral.

Easy company to work with.

The lady explained everything and was very helpful. There was a lot of choice.

Very pleasant phone call, I have everything covered regarding a will but given information updated information.

Friendly and not invasive in their contact. Helpful and informative.
