I have a really bad feeling
I have a really bad feeling. I thought this was part of Fidelity and misled. I plugged in a little and was shocked when I thought it actually executed a buy/sell. It did not, but that was enough. I asked to close my account and delete all my info and they claimed it takes 14 DAYS. No account anywhere should take 14 days to close and delete. And when I wrote, they said they would in 7 days, also too long, and they failed to meet that commitment.

Over the past two weeks, we’ve experienced an unusually high volume of support and compliance requests, which led to delays in processing some account closures. That said, we fully acknowledge that we did not meet the timeframe provided to you, and I sincerely apologize for that.
Your account has since been fully closed, and confirmation has been sent to you. All associated personal data has been handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
We appreciate you raising your concerns and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

I get the algorithmic constraints but…
I get the algorithmic constraints but there selling point is simplicity which I have found to be otherwise. It seems they only serve traders who rely on price action strategies and not quant traders like myself. Defining my strategy has required a great deal of lateral thinking that, unfortunately, has been futile. Also, their algorithm doesn't regard indicator values of current bars which has been an aggrevating limitation. I hope its more inclusive in the future but for now, it would only serve a specific kind of trader.

Excellent customer support. I have been using this website for while testing my strategies for free. Been very reliable with Webhook on testing phase. After connecting with IBKR, going to testing on actual trading and followup with another review. Overall free service and worth the experience

Wonderful platform
This free platform as it is very good especially when I do not have time to monitor the markets during work. I do wish there are just a few more selectable parameters such as time intervals for my MACD lines.
Support team personnel such as Josh has always been a wonderful, prompt and helpful.

I think it's worth give a chance! So far so good
I have been communicated with support and so far they have been very helpful. I am currently at the testing stage but so far so good. I seen some reviews, my thoughts like any automation we need to monitor that is it working as designed and autopilot can be a dangerous word. But they are know to IBKR and I think it's worth give a chance.

Amazing Free Auto Trading Bot Software
This free software does almost everything other paid platforms do. I wasted money paying other sites just to connect trading view strategies to my exchange for auto trading bot.
