Do not trust this clowns.
First, they will visit your property for a free quote and then scare you with the amount of work to be done and its priority, then they will ask to pay the money to start the work immediately. Once you pay, they will keep delaying the job and one fine day they just visit your property and do nothing.
Waste of time and money.
AVOID AT ALL COST

We had 13 windows and 3 doors fitted by Capital in December 2022. Everything was completed fine and we are happy with the windows and doors however, there has been some snagging issues I.e our front door now has a crack in it, some cracks around the window frames. I have sent emails and messages to both Steven and David but to no avail, their website no longer seems to exist either and the phone number listed doesn’t work either. Seems like they might have gone bust - would probably avoid.

There was water leakage in the kitchen which flooded the wooden kitchen floor. Once they carried some work they said the leak has been fixed but could not dry out the kitchen floor. They wanted the payment and said they will issue receipt once they have been paid which never happened and ignored all the text messages and calls made to issue receipt. And water was still leaking in the kitchen. Will never use this contractor again.

We had a garden room done in July this year. When completed we had a few bits of snagging to be fixed due to them rushing to try complete the job on time. They were quick to come out and fix the issues as we still owed them the final payment. Since then we have had other issues, specifically with our decking due to shoddy workmanship. Neither Steven or David answer our calls or emails. We had to chase and beg for over 3 weeks to get someone out to do the repairs, within 24 hours of repairs being done the decking came apart again, we are now coming up to a month of no contact with us again, ignoring emails, calls & texts. Extremely bad customer service, unreliable subcontractors doing the work and who are unable to complete work to an acceptable and safe standard. Since we paid in full they are not in the least bit bothered to actually complete the job. Steer clear of this company, absolute scammers.

For our existing outhouse we were looking for sliding doors and a big (2m x 2m) window. One of their people came to visit and showed all the different option. Pleasantly surprised by the affordability we agreed an option. Yesterday the installation team arrived and did a brilliant job. Very nice people and helpful with my million different questions. The only thing they left behind was a happy family looking forward the spend a nice time in our “new” outhouse. Thanks guys!

We shopped around for quotes for our garden room project, which was slightly different because we wanted to extend a converted garage with a garden room.

We went with Capital initially due to being impressed with the quote and the sales service.

From start to finish the guys did an excellent job, from clearing the site to the joinery and the electrics. All workmen that came onsite were friendly and considerate not only of our needs but also of our neighbour when having to remove fencing during construction. Each trade takes pride in their work.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or use their services again.

Great experience right from the first visit of the sales rep David and the building crew of Alan and his trusted team. Everything agreed and completed within 6 weeks.

Fantastic installation of our 5 panel bi-fold doors to our garden room. The quality, workmanship and hard work the guys put in on an extremely hot day.

David came first and took us through our options. Steven kept us up to date on the fitting times. Alan and a team arrived on the date given and were extremely cheerful and efficient. Worked non stop and kept us up to date as the work progressed. Very satisfied from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company.

I was a little bit reluctant at first but I am so glad I went ahead.
David was full of information on the house visit and showed us a high quality of window, kept his promise of a quick fit before Christmas and he was true to his word. The fitters were very professional and fitted the windows expertly.

Contacted via an online search and so glad we did.
First visit was from David to discuss our choices and book the order and he organised a date that suited us for the fitting. Steven then contacted us and confirmed date and the time the fitters would arrive. Really delighted with the look and quality of the windows. The three guys that arrived were fantastic and did a wonderful job. Everything worked like clockwork can't thank you enough. Would highly recommend.
