I had the car for a year and then they stopped my deposit claiming the tires were ruined and they had never changed them even once... I would never buy a car from this company again and I would not recommend it.

Very professional
Just a bit unlucky from my side as the car I had broke down and wasted 2 hours
Then happened again in central London
Engine light come on
So had to stop working and go to the garage in Alperton
Another 3/4 hours wasted
And finally we swop car another few hours wasted

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the offer to review the evidence in person, but I must address a few points for clarity.
Firstly, when I returned the car, no one mentioned a missing home charger. It was only after I had left that I received a call saying it was missing. I am confident the home charger was in the car, as I never used it myself; I always relied on public chargers. I also requested invoices for the home charger (£250) and the tyre (£40) to verify these claims, but haven’t received them yet.
As for the discounts you mentioned, those were occasional promotional offers and not directly related to my deposit or this issue. While I appreciate them, they don’t offset the current problem with my deposit refund.
I would be more than happy to meet in person to review the evidence, as I believe in transparency and fairness. However, without clear proof of the charges you're claiming, it’s difficult to accept these deductions. I hope we can resolve this fairly and promptly.

No human manners
Rubbish service, they have a dirty car and needed service within a week, which I wasn't told. I wasted a full day on their car service. Before returning the car, I got it washed and cleaned yet they tried to change me, I took a video before renting the car, which I showed them as evidence. These people have no manners and are very arrogant! Not recommended at all.
