Capital.com is one of the worst brokers…
Capital.com is one of the worst brokers I have ever used. I faced serious issues withdrawing my own money back to the same bank account I originally deposited from, which is completely unacceptable for a regulated platform.
Customer support is extremely slow, often taking around 12 hours to respond, which is far from professional—especially when dealing with urgent financial matters.
The spreads are unusually wide compared to other brokers, making trading significantly more expensive. On top of that, execution is slow, which directly impacts trade performance, particularly in volatile markets.
Trading with larger position sizes becomes even more problematic, as the combination of wide spreads and poor execution leads to increased losses.
Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend using this broker.

Not in account, not refunded, and i lost money
I had the account and sent money to it on March 5th, and the money was deposited in less than three hours. The next day I sent money again, and I still haven't received it in the account. I lost $1500 in the stock market because this money hasn't arrived and keep not arriving as of today, April 1st, 2026—more than 25 days. I haven't received a refund, and it's not in my account. Nobody answers my messages; they keep asking me to explain what's happening. There's no one to talk to.
