Bad support and bad quality of the platform as a whole.
Pathetic. The preview of the image ( I uploaded it ) and the lyrics I made were OKish. As soon as I Exported it, the results are astonishing bad. The text (!!) from the lyrics have different font on some letters vs the preview ones when I created the lyrics video. I wrote them an email telling them about the problem and that if I do not see a change on the Export quality and the fix for the different font on some letters i'll be asking a refund. Their next reply was a question if beside the letters do I have other problem?! I show them the difference in the "Before and After Export" with the Exported one having the image VERY redish and the text and the image itself pretty blurred but seems they don't care. This was my last email to them 3 days ago : Hello! Beside the incorrect letter font which are present along the song, I am also talking about resolution / quality issues. As you can see, the first ( original ) photo is much cleaner and lighter vs the more redish and somehow blurred image after export. I understand that the export quality might drop, but that's not "High quality" because the entire file was 60MB or so when I downloaded.
