Poor Customer service communications
Received item on time ,however at the time of collection been told to pay £55 customs fees. I would have reconsider my purchase if I knew I had to pay customs fees on top of the delivery charges, there is no information about customs fee at the time of purchase.
Canyonstore after sale is sucks,they don't accept return unless faulty or wrong size.
I think people who buy for first time like me! And have no time to read FAQ.
Should know an expensive customs duties are involved so they can think twice before the purchase.

We always strife to answer mails within 24 hours, but sometimes when we are travelling (like last week) it isn't possible to reply fast.
We cannot pay half of the import charges. Your order consisted of two CE4Y Comfy Canyon V2 harnesses with a value of 243.80 euro excluding VAT. The VAT on this order would be 55.50 euro.
You did not pay the VAT since the UK is no longer part of the EU (Brexit), but instead you were subjected to import duties, for a value of 54.61 GBP (64.82 euro).
In this specific case it turns out that the import duties are slightly higher than the VAT (7.85 GBP to be precise).
It's a trade off, and sometimes you get lucky and receive the parcel without being subjected to import duties.
All of this is also described clearly in the Frequently Asked Questions (https://www.canyonstore.eu/belgium/faq-page/) and also in paragraph 13 of our terms and conditions (https://www.canyonstore.eu/belgium/rules-and-conditions/) which you accepted when you placed the order.
EDIT: dear sir, madam, you keep editing your original post. Every customer has the right to return items, and ALL OF THIS is explained in the FAQ and sales conditions. We have explicitly created the FAQ to avoid having to explain this over and over again. The ONLY question that you asked before placing the order was ‘How much is a delivery charges to uk and how long it take to receive the item please?’. Brexit was almost 5 years ago, we thought that you were aware of the implications by now.

Thank you for your review. We don't know why the package arrived after 2 weeks. Unfortunately there are so many things which we cannot control between our warehouse and the destination. Our warehouse staff hands over the package to the courier service, but the courier service may hand it over to another service. We can tell when a package gets shipped, but we cannot guarantee when it will arrive.
In your case the order was placed on 17 June at 10:05 AM, and it was shipped on 17 June at 12:37 PM, so less than 3 hours later. Why it then took so long to arrive in Portugal... we don't know. Once the package is shipped it is literally out of our hands.

According to the tracking code the package was delivered in less than 12 hours. You placed your order at 14:44h and it got delivered the next morning at 10:15h... so we do not know why you think this is slow?
