The product was amazing again. Second purchase. The shipping service on the other hand was awful. Ontrac clearly does not know how to deliver packages with any kind of respect. The package was thrown over our fence into our courtyard. Mind you the gate was unlocked and easily accessible

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware: This has been a horrible purchase. Ordered a picture book over a month ago, took a week to process and has now been in transit for weeks. They shipped from the Netherlands and the books hopscotched around Europe before getting tied up in customs.
Also, charged $10.99 per book to ship, but appears they put them all into a single box. Why the three fold charge to ship in the same package? (I ordered 3 identical books)
Very upset and will never use them again.
