One of the canvases had warped wood
One of the canvases had warped wood. The other canvases had no visible issues. More care could be taken when stapling the canvases but that is a relatively easy fix.
Update: They never reached out to fix the problem. Very disappointing.

Canvases are smaller than the size you paid for
Both of the larger canvases I received were almost 3/4" too small in the longer dimension, meaning they wouldn't fit in standard frames (because the holes to mount to the wooden portion of the canvas were out of alignment). When I complained I was offered a discount coupon for my next order, and they declined to reprint because they couldn't guarantee any replacement wouldn't have the same issue (so clearly they are in the business of cheating you out of what you paid for). Nothing on their site says there may be deviation, and no other canvas service has this issue. Poor quality control, I would never order from here.

Had some 16x12 pictures done and the…
Had some 16x12 pictures done and the quality is the same you could get from a cheap Epson inkjet printer. Total garbage and to top it off SpeedX, the shipping company, drops the box on my walkway instead of my covered entry when it was raining. Total waste.

I've used CanvasDiscount quite a few times now and I'm *always* floored with the quality of the prints they are able to produce and the prices they can do it at. Not only that, but they are able to do it very quickly (usually no more than a week long turnaround from when I place the orders to when they arrive at my door).
