Declining quality over time
I've used Canvasdiscount for years and years. Their quality has consistently decreased over time. My last order arrived in the poorest condition yet: the prints were damaged and the images were distorted. Unfortunately, I didn't open the box within their 30 day return window and when I reached out to them they refused to do anything for me because I was reaching out more than 30 days after receiving the product. Hiding behind a 30 day return policy and not standing behind your product sucks, especially for a many-time repeat customer. I had to throw away the prints they sent because hanging them in my office would have been embarrassing and unprofessional. I really loved this company, but man, it seems like they aren't what they used to be.

Delivery is ridiculous
I think I have been really unlucky given the fact most reviews are generally positive.
The issue here is likely the courier but that said, you place an order and expect reasonable delivery times. Tracking of packages is a farce.
Two weeks later and still the order has not arrived and the response is to have patience.
Im sure the product is really good but unfortunately the delivery process is such that I have not been able to find out.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Ordered a canvas print as a graduation gift and it took a month for it to be delivered. Customer service said I entered the wrong address which was not true. The mail service they use is extremely slow and for the price I paid to have it delivered, it is really unfair to not get my order in the 3-5 days stated on their website.

Offered me an 8 x 8 free canvas with first order and then knocked it out of the cart at checkout. Then refused to ship it. They said they would put it on the next order. Didn't make me happy.

Nightmare
They sent my order of my picture of my deceased wife and I to somebody else. Been waiting for it over two weeks because they use something just short of pony express. When it finally arrived, I'd received some ugly women's outfit. Contacted them and they blamed their automated sorting system and would get my print replaced ASAP which still took a week to reprint and then off it went to pony express again. Will never use them again.
