what can i say , amazing service from mick @ Can Track , vehicle reported stolen 12.26pm - vehicle recovered @ 14.42pm same day . outstanding , can't recommend highly enough , if i could give 10 stars i would .

Excellent product we have fitted to all our commercial fleet, only needed their assistance once very recently after vehicle theft, Vehicle was recovered quickly and without fuss,

Since partnering with Cantrack Global, we have experianced 3 thefts of machinery and 100% success rate in recovery.

With many £000s worth of equipment out on remote working sites and not always under observation, we recognised that we were losing the battle in keeping big kit secure and our focus needed to change from stopping it from being stolen to recovering it once its gone.

The package from Cantrack gives us that next step and the service they provide once an asset goes missing is excellent. We now install the asset tracker to all of our mobile plant that is at risk of being lifted from site.

In my opinion the best asset tracking/recovery company out there. We have around 60 of the units protecting our machinery at any one time and the recovery rate for these has been amazing. The team at CanTrack are always helpful and I would highly recommend to anybody who is looking to protect their equipment.

So easy to fit, a great compact design and better overall price than others I looked at. Can check up on where the caravan has been. Would I recommend, yes definitely.
The only thing I would say, that you can only check on Internet Explorer, would like to be able to use Chrome or Firefox Browsers.

Out standing unit, very easy to hide .also get good communication form the company . And a daily up date telling me my caravan location.

I was recommended this product by a friend. I had absolutely no idea how it worked, what it’s true value to me would be etc, and most of all how to set it up. I got a bit lost with the IT side of it, but with 1 phone call, all my problems were dealt with remotely. The only thing I had to do was hide it. Since then I have been contacted several time to re ashore me all is working well. So that’s good peace of mind.

To be honest I installed tracker and forgot about it. It's there for when the van is stolen. The tracker is deep in my van conversion so I don't think thieves have a chance of finding it.

Excellent innovative company with a superb staff. The CEO sets the tone and Cantrck go from strength.

My mother-in-law had her caravan stolen and thanks to can track it was recovered and she got it back

Does just what it says on the label. I can track it from home. I am not disturbed by battery low calls as I don't need the battery on to have the device active. No monthly fees and easy to place on the vehicle where it won't be found can't be blocked and no signal for thieves to track. Also now Thatcham approved so get discounts as well. Great product and service.

To be quite honest I don’t think much of it every time a look where the caravan is is about 2 miles away it don’t pinpoint where the caravan is. If the caravans get stolen it’s never going to be found in a built-up area you can’t go Looking in every street of a two mile radius. At the moment it’s at home but it doesn’t show it at home it’s about 2 miles away that’s what shows anyway where I don’t know

Great for customers to comment to give confidence to other purchasers

I had nothing but trouble with the CanTrack Asset Tracker. Had to ask lots of questions of the customer serice dept to get it configured correctly, and then CanTrack kept changing the T&C of the product and turning some of its features on and off midway though my contract with them. It seemed as if they had brought the product to the market before it was ready to sell, and used all the resulting teething problems this caused to help them iron out the wrinkles. Eventually when they got in touch to say the tracker could no longer be used to regularly pinpoint the location of the vehicle it was in, but instead would only be activated properly if/when I noticed it had been stolen, I cancelled the contract. I now have a cheaper, smaller and more versatile vehicle tracker unit from a different company. Very pleased with the change.

No issues with the company, Product is poor in my opinion, when it stops working not a lot of interest and no warranty....surprise surprise!
