Great Place
The landlord was very kind and supportive during my stay. I’ve really appreciated the responsiveness and understanding of any issue regarding living there, which made me comfortable and happy. Today is my last day at the property, and I’m truly grateful for everything.

Both Neil and Martin are brilliant…
Both Neil and Martin are brilliant landlords. We had our struggles as anyone does but overall very good. Fair with deposits and listened to our queries.
Only one thing to add and that is that they need to be more accessable. If we'd had a leak or anything urgent then it would have been 2 days before either of them knew!
Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with my landlord in my 3rd year of university. The house was a perfect location and a good price. My previous experience had been with an agency, and it was difficult to get issues resolved - but Martin and Neil were always just an email away. We got most of our deposit back, with a fair discussion and negotiation. Going to miss my previous house!

I had a wonderful experience renting from Neil. He was extremely kind. Maintenance for the property was never an issue as Neil would always respond to any repairs as fast as he could. He is fair and thoughtful.
Would recommend Neil and Martin again!
