While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Overall ok product. We used it to build public roadmaps. UI is straightforward but lacks important functionalities we'd like.
They won't let you cancel your subscription. If you click cancel you see:
"We'd love to know why your current plan isn't working for you. Please contact support to downgrade."
Then you contact support, but it's an AI robot that won't let you cancel.
This is illegal in most of the world. Shady tactics to keep their churn low.
Canny served us well for quite a while, but its sudden change in pricing began to irk us. Initially, we paid $200 a month, which honestly seemed quite steep for this type of service. Unexpectedly, this amount doubled. We didn't have easy-to-migrate alternatives and our current workload was quite heavy, but we eventually grew tired of paying $400 a month. Consequently, we migrated to Circle (a community space). This platform isn't the same, but for our use case, it might be even better. When I tried to cancel our Canny subscription, I discovered we had to contact their support team, which is one of the most annoying things you can have. They scheduled the cancellation for the end of the billing period, which is fairly typical. However, a few days later, I discovered it hadn't been cancelled and we were charged again. Now, I have to contact support and ask for a refund. I'm usually the first to leave a positive review when it's deserved, but I don't believe Canny warrants one. Their product is simple, and clean, but $400 a month? We run our own business and surprisingly, this was one of our biggest expenses, and we use a TON of services.

First of all my money didn't download to the wallet, then after I phoned them it finally appeared. I'm now in SE Asia unable to access my money after attempting several transactions and having them all declined. I've emailed the support team but am still awaiting a response. Not impressed.
Terrible pricing change...
Price doubled over night
