I find the variety of products Cannasweets offers is of excellent quality and have never been disappointed. I'm guessing I've ordered about 20 types of cannabis/edibles, 3-5 kinds of mushrooms/edibles, in the last 2 years, all top notch. I appreciate the prompt same day service/shipping that always happens without fail. The one time I did have to reach out to customer service over a tracking number issue, it was resolved within an hour. I've also lost employment as of recently and am thankful for the budget section as well. 5 stars.

Unfortunately, I had to stop ordering from CannaSweets due to poor quality control. I always order Craft, and recently I was receiving random different strains in the same container, and the same strain in different containers. Not only that, but their idea of Craft Cannabis is wrong! They think that any Cannabis with a high percentage is Craft! Most of their so called Craft burns black and tastes awful! I've smoked AA better than their Craft. To be honest, once you're done smoking, the result is fine, but the smoke is absolutely terrible most of the time! I don't enjoy choking the entire time I smoke! Too bad because I was ordering for 8 months steady until they started to drop quality! They are obviously paying someone minimum wage to pack the orders and they simply don't care!

To CannaSweets - After being a regular customer that spent thousands of dollars - you sent me a free order to make up for the horrible one I complained about - WHY then when I ordered again, did you not take special care with my order??? I once again received terrible quality strains, multiple different in same container, after paying again and trying again. I have lost trust unfortunately. Your order packer needs to be fired!
