Delivery within a few days

My question via mail before ordering was answered fast. After my order it took only a few days until I have received the delivery.

Good products!

I very much like the product. I ordered two different types of cartridges for the pen, but as they are not marked differently, I dont know which one is which. Also, unfortunately 2 out of for had leaked slightly during the transport. Other then that, Im very happy with the products!

You should be able to tell which cartridge is which, as it should be written on the box.
I am sorry to hear some leaked.. They shouldn't have! We will look into it.
