These people used stolen bank information and entered my credit card info manuely which legit businesses dont do. i dont even live in the same state as them.

My name is Edwin Varner did Business with Cannabuddy for 3 months last month package got lost in Missouri took an extra week to get it this month after 3 months business messed my address package is lost in Huntsville Alabama they don't care they robbed me a 60 year old man of $51 Don't do business with Cannabuddy they still have not bothered to give. damn very stupid and don't care. Too many other places who knows how to read an ship an address I have the address since October of 20w3 first 2 months did good last 2 sucked robbed stole my $51

Thank you for your candid feedback. According to our records, you incorrectly entered your shipping address, which is why the order was delayed and ultimately lost by the USPS. Typically, if the address is incorrectly entered by the customer, it is out of our control. However, because of your repeat business with us, we offered to make an exception and reship your order to an updated address once it was returned to us, free of charge. Unfortunately, that did not seem to be an agreeable solution for you, despite the error originating from your end. We then made a further exception and refunded your order. After you were refunded, you continued to send dozens of emails to multiple departments and staff members, again using extremely profane language and wishing harm upon us. We have a zero tolerance policy for that kind of language and/or behavior. At this point, we have chosen to no longer do business with you. But we hope you have a wonderful day! ~ Katie

Incompetent company

Incompetent company , 2nd time in a row they've screwed up , this one's pretty sad, I order Han solo and I get sent sex panther. A worker even did a check mark on my receipt next to the name Han solo and still sent me the wrong product , I even gave this screwed up company another chance and now this happens. Definitely done .yall can't do your jobs right , ever. Whomever did this needs to be fired, I'd give a 0 stars if I could

In your case, the Han Solo and Sex Panther were next to each other on our shelf, and this was simply a matter of someone accidentally picking the wrong product. We offered for you to keep the strain we sent by mistake, and that we would get the correct strain in the mail to you that same day. Unfortunately, this did not sound like an agreeable solution for you, so we offered for you to keep what we sent by mistake still, and you were refunded in full. It should not take 10 days to receive a simple package, which still has not arrived. Will NEVER order anything from your company again. Worst company I have ever ordered from, regardless of the product.

We do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we truly have no control over the delivery once the package is in the hands of the USPS. Your order was placed on Saturday, February 15th at 4:28 PM. We close at 5PM on Saturdays, and we are closed on Sundays. Your shipping label was created the following Monday, February 17th at 11:56 AM and handed off to our carrier that afternoon. According to our records, we were able to resolve the issue with you. I normally do not give 1 star reviews, but I was so disappointed in how long it took to receive my order. When I inquired i was informed they moved and orders didn't get shipped out on time. Why is this my problem? This business is 2 hrs from my house and I didn't get my order for over 10 days with just a sorry.

I'm so glad I found this site

I'm so glad I found this site! I'm in constant, intolerable pain that no medication can touch, even this morphine pump shooting straight into my spine doesn't help. With the delta and other products I'm able to get pain free for several hours a day. I go between flower, tincture and gummies, their pharma in the blue/green bag is life changing. Always reliable, quick response from customer service as well.

Love their flowers, sadly they don't ship carts which is what I'm mostly into, hope they move them back in store soon, but they ship from their nearest warehouse and I get it in 1/3 days

Do NOT order from here

Do NOT order from here. I placed an order and they sent it to the wrong address. They then were going to send me a new one but a day later changed their minds and canceled and said I would have to place a new order. Awful customer service and they do not provide the product.
