Cranfordlaw
My car was damaged while it was legally parked, and my insurer passed my claim to another company, which successfully recovered my losses.
After the claim had been settled, my details were passed to Canford Law. I was contacted by phone and asked to complete an online form relating to my claim. When I looked through the form, I noticed it requested personal financial information, including how much money I had in my bank account at the time of the accident.
I wasn't comfortable providing that information without understanding why it was needed, so I emailed asking for a written explanation before completing the form.
Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I continued to receive repeated reminder emails and SMS messages asking me to complete the form. I have emailed several times asking for the messages to stop and have also left voicemail messages requesting that they stop contacting me. Despite this, I continued to receive reminders.
This review reflects my personal experience only. I hope the company will improve its communication by clearly explaining why sensitive information is requested and by promptly respecting requests to stop repeated reminders.
