Awful experience with sub-par tracker. Bought a tracker supposedly compatible with both Apple and Android, but somehow not with Samsung phones. I mean, what is more representative of Android than Samsung? They then sent me another totally different model a month later, which according to reviews is a low-quality tracker. In addition, it requires a third-party app download and registration, asking for personal data. Way too suspicious to use. A refund? Forget it, never happened, once you give your money, it's lost. Total waste of money and time. They must have paid some influencers to write fake glowing articles.
Cut my losses and bought a Samsung SmartTag2. Took one minute to set up and worked like a charm.

No customer service. Products do not work. Purchased a sewing machine and it doesnt work. Thread came jammed inside the sewing machine. In the section where the arm moves up and down with the thread inserted. I can see it and how its restricting the movement of the arm. They wont give me an address to return. They only offer a 5 dollar refund to keep the machine. I paid just over 200 with tax and delivery. This company is a scam do not buy!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I recently bought a fitness ring through Canexis. The ring I ordered was too big, so I started a request for a return. I’ve sent FIVE emails asking for them to start a return for me and asking for the address to return the ring. I still don't have the address. They keep evading my request and keep offering me a 5% discount to keep the item.
