I have been waiting on a withdrawal since the 25th February..Was asked to send I.D documents,which ai did on the 25th February..Was told withdrawal would take 14 banking days..which has now long passed and no one seemed interested. The 1 star missing from 5 is because they have a bit of a loosely structured communication system with customer service reps and supervisors when it comes to the KYC.
I find myself having to email them if there are things related to KYC that the live agent should be able to handle but it feels like there’s very few things in that department they can handle so I would just suggest before accepting bonuses just get your identity verified so you have no withdrawal problems or delays other than that it’s a good fun platform with good bonuses and affordable entries!

Customer Service is nice they are helpful but like I said KYC is a different entity just make sure you get that done first that’s my only advice and I advise people to do that with every platform as well, in my experience of heavy gaming I’ve learned that having that fully verified and confirmed more than once(confirmation email plus acknowledgment through Customer Service live chat) and asking both to verify that after deposit etc. when you go to withdrawal there will be no extra KYC etc!
