With cinemas being shut I found myself really craving my pick and mix fix , this came as a strong recommendation from a friend, I thought I would take the plunge and a year on candy jacks has now become a staple of my Friday night date nights in with my girl. Delicious tasting, really top range of sweets, even ones usually difficult to get in the U.K., delivered promptly and on time, I’d have no hesitation in recommending candy jacks to anyone. X

I’ll be heading back to Candy Jacks again ASAP! I was impressed at the sheer amount of stock they have to choose from. Their sweets are great and the website is super easy to use, and it arrived nice and quickly.

Would recommend anyone who is looking for a sweet fix to head to Candy Jacks.

Ordered x 2 medium packs for Valentines. Once opened I realised one of the packets was missing 3 options that were picked upon ordering. After multiple messages on social media and email I finally got through via Facebook and the excuse I received was that this was due to ‘stock cross over’ and that that manually update it their website in regards to this.

When i went back to look at the website to find the information they provided about why the sweets were missing I found that they bump up other choices to make the weight, which is absolutely fine so no problem there, but I also saw that they had finally updated their stock and options were ‘sold out’ and not available to choose. Unfortunately it shows poor management and admin if they’re unable to update this regularly and especially if they had low stock and couldn’t make the chosen order. So it makes you wonder how many other people have received their items with missing sweets?

Different options would of been made if I saw some were ‘Sold Out’ and I would’ve of expected a complete order based on the options I chose.

I purchased a pick n mix bag and two boxes of other sweets for Valentine’s Day. I received the bag of pick n mix however not the two boxes of sweets. I waited a couple days to see whether they might come separately for some reason however I received nothing. I emailed them regarding this and got nothing, I sent the email again and then once more after this and messaged them on Instagram they did get back to me on Instagram once but nothing further. The sweets that I did receive were great. Just a shame they are not on top of their customer service.
