Do not order from CandyCave!!

Do not order from CandyCave!!
First complaint extremely slow service. My order took 2-3 weeks to arrive to Spain. They made an attempt to deliver but recipient wasn’t home. Left no information on the status or location of order. Recipient found it at the post office.
Second complaint partial order delivered. Only part of my order was delivered. No communication received from CandyCave.
Third complaint lack of communication. Absolutely no response to inquiries.
Final decision do not use. Would never order from CandyCave!!

Money paid but got nothing

Ordered £60 worth of sweets for next day delivery for a birthday party i never had them, I emailed the company because i didnt hear nothing off them to be told the order didnt go through if that was the case why was the money taken straight away, something doesnt add up with this site.

BEWARE POTENTIAL SCAMMER

Don't bother wasting your time.
Ignorant and rude people/person.

Email name is Matt, yet its always a guy called "James" who u talk to.

Spent over 100 pound on 4 bottles (la lakers, blue Aaron judge, Kevin durant and valeda)

This "James said I'll receive my valeda this week, Kevin Durant next week and Aaron judge next month...

I asked for tracking and thats when he started blanking me..

In the end I said I'd get solicitor involved due to the ignorance of taking my money n then ghosting me and he immediately REFUNDED ALL 4 BOTTLES which shows what his true intentions were...

Stay well away guys, all he had to do was give my tracking, and the fact he refunded so quick proves my bottle wasn't guna arrive this week etc...

RIP OF COMPANY

I never received my order no way of contacting this company directly you have to fill a form online absolutely horrendous company they take your hard earned money and simply don’t care.
Beware there are better wholesaler sweet companies out there DONOT use this company.

SCAM - Do NOT Order

Ordered on 8th October.
Dispatched on 10th October.
It was delivered on 24th October back to the CandyCrave hub as it was classed as undeliverable.
The package never left the midlands and I live in the North so not sure what happened there.
Contacted CandyCrave multiple times.
Finally got a reply from Sarah on 24th October, I replied immediately.
Had nothing back until 1st October.
After a few emails over a few days, I asked for a full refund, minus the admin fee, of course.
This refund never came.
Horrific customer service.
Extremely slow at replying.
First email was sent via the CandyCrave contact page on 19th October and got a reply on the 24th…
Admin fee was apparently a restocking fee to put the stock back on the shelf…
Do NOT recommend.
Still waiting for the refund now.

Refund

I really wanted to give them a no star score but had to give at least one in order to be able to write a review.
Candycrave...should be called Candycrooks. Bunch of unprofessional thieves, who had the cheek to, although within hours, acknowledge my cancellation of order did not return my money; and to make matters worse the multitude of emails I have forwarded re getting my money back, have been ignored...I am livid 🧐
Candycrooks are a disgrace...it's clear that they had no intent to give me back my Penny's, so I'll gift my £12.98 to whomever obviously needs it more than I do...I'm just upset that I've been stung by a sweet shop.

SHAME ON YOU CANDYCROOK

Box came broken, sweets everywhere

I bought a box of fizzy bubblegum and when it arrived the box was completely broken on one side causing all the sweets to fall out and go out of date. I emailed twice for a replacement or refund and have never got a response.

Not received my order!

I ordered some sweets from Candy Cave and a week later have still not received them. It said the delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class, so it should not be taking this long!
I have also tried to contact them for some help to find out where my delivery is and there is no way of contacting them directly, only by completing a form on their website and I am yet to hear back from them on that either. Disappointed really as all the other reviews looked good and thought this could be a good place to make frequent orders from.

Best sweets around! 🍬

Just received my 250g of sweets. Thank you CandyCave 🍬 Couldn't wait to tuck in and share with the family they taste amazing!! Great service and a variety of sweets to choose from. I would definitely recommend CandyCave.
