This company is a scam. I checked their shipping info with USPS and they said it was a bogus number. I never received the candles and the phone number attached to the luma company that is on my bank account is disconnected. I’ve written them several emails to see where my candles are, and they never reply. I ordered the candles at the end of last month. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

If I could give a minus I would. The worst customer service ever. I ordered December 17. Supposedly shipped December 24. Never arrived. I reached out to the company (they only offer email inquiries) at least a dozen times. I get the exact same response every time. Word for word. No person to talk to or respond personally. I finally put in a dispute with my bank. Still waiting. DO NOT BUY!!!

I absolutely love LUMA candles and wax melts, I have them all over my home and I have purchased the candles for gifts and my friends have loved them. They look so stylish and the scents are incredible, my favourites are Tamika, Navagio, Flamenco & Aspen. Best of all, the delivery is so fast, and they are packaged so well and very sustainably which is so appreciated.

Customer service could have been better - there was a problem with my order, it took 5 days to get a response from customer services.

I absolutely love these candles. They have a strong but not overpowering smell to them that fills the room and unlike other, more expensive candles, doesn't ware off no matter how little is left to burn.
I haven't bought anycandles from anywhere else in the last 18 months.

Lovely wax melts that I bought for my mother as part of her birthday presents. I was a bit dubious about buying online as it's difficult to decide what fragrance to buy, but bought 'Midnight' and it's beautiful.

Shame that they haven't restocked as ideally I wanted to get Navagio and another one.
Overall a good experience, though they seem to be very slow at replying to customer service emails.

Best candles on the market! Sumptuous scents that last long after you have blown the candle out in a room. I love the fact that they are made locally on the UK and hand poured.
