Very easy to purshase the service. Also, after purshased, was easy and quick to make some changes

I ordered a Suburban, and that wasn't the vehicle that arrived. The driver ate while driving which was uncomfortable.

Took 1 hour to locate someone when we arrived.

Prompt reliable service

Awaiting for refund back to card but will use in the future again. E-Transfers are the prefered choice for us. Thank you

I prebooked our pick up from Cancun airport. We met up with the representative on the ground when we landed. He told us it would be about 10 minutes. After 45 minutes he told us no driver was sent. After 50 minutes he told us to take a cab because there was no driver even coming. The company won't even answer me now as I have requested my money be returned as they did not provide any service. FRAUD!!

Service not provided. Waited more than 2.5 hours at Cancun airport with no assistance.

Support was unhelpful, and I had to pay for a taxi myself.

They initially agreed to refund but then stopped responding completely.

I have rated this as a three because we had a very negative experience at our pick up from the airport and then positive experience on our way back to the airport

We needed to be picked up the day before our flight, it was easily arranged with a phone call. Once the transfer was confirmed, an email was sent to me immediately. Payment through the link was easy and a confirmation email was sent. Everything was handled with ease.

Great experience once I was able to pay. Issues on both sides. Very friendly representatives and easy to find. The driver was very nice and polite. I did not wait for the van. Drive was great. Thank you for the great service.

The customer service, friendliness and knowledge were outstanding. I just hope they are at the airport on time and the same vibe carries through.🙏

Estafa, no contestan y se quedan con tu dinero. No reserven con ellos. LADRONES!!!! Scammers, they don't answer and they keep your money. Don't book with them. THIEVES

We paid for a premium SUV, with water etc. chaos from the team. No car available 20 min wait. Not what I would expect from an almost 200 usd trip 30 min… I would avoid this service. Driver was good though

Driver very friendly and courteous

This company is awful. Don’t use them. We looked for them for 1.5 hours at the correct location. Dragging luggage all over and talked to 20 of their taxi drivers that were unhelpful. Called them 50 times without an answer. They admitted they never showed up after calling, waiting on hold forever and being hung up on multiple times. It’s been 3 weeks and they still say they have to email a manager to request a refund then email me saying the policy is if I take another ride no refunds. That’s fraud!

Made the appointment to have round trip transportation from airport to resort and then back to airport a week later. There was a slight mixup but it was quickly fixed. They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this company.

They never showed up at the airport. When trying to contact them at ther phone numbers they never answered, no representative around the welcome bar. I followed to the letter their instructions to catch my "premium" transport and was left abandoned at the airport. I just found out they have a 1.9 star ratings here but they created a 2nd profile to try to keep deceiving people.
