Can Can Car Finance Reviews 

Surprisingly poor experience this time around, having used Can Can for two previous purchases I was once again assured by Luke that my finance was agreed only to then be declined at the dealership. Had I known this to be the likely outcome I wouldn't have wasted my time nor the sales team, whom were excellent.

I am very happy with the service I got provided today. I am so happy. I believe I spoke to Lance who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was so sweet, understanding and explained everything the way I expected and beyond. He definitely deserves a promotion. He made me feel so comfortable with everything and definitely will recommend everyone to him. Thank you so much.

On the spur of the moment whilst browsing cars, used their online application facility. Was then subjected to at least 5 calls per day obviously trying to sell me finance. Decide not to bother if they’re that pushy! Will use my regular bank.

Absolute waste of space took all my details said they would get back to me within hours, its been over a week heard nothing. Very rude and unprofessional

This company is absolutely horrific. My mother was in need of a car and applied online for finance. It came back okay and she then got a message to go and select her car. The company called her to make an appointment at our local car trade dealership. 3.5 hours later she finally had selected the car she loved. Paperwork was signed and after a further 30 minutes of waiting the dealership came back and and said her application had been declined. This left my mother upset, embarrassed and rather angry. When I called up cancan they informed me that they only take details to validate your identity and don’t actually perform a credit check, so my question is what gives them the right to ring and text people who have applied to go and select a car when they haven’t carried out a check and giving people false hope. The sales manager informed myself and my mother that this happens a lot with can can. Please avoid.
