It is so annoying to play there

It is so annoying to play there. Tech glitches always, esp. at night. Just now again. A human leaves the game prematurely and the computer repeats the same move (puts out a group of cards, takes it back, puts it out, takes it back) for minutes, hours, if you, the remaining human, wouldn't quit. Of course (!), you then get punished having to wait 5 minutes before you can play a new game because, the system says, you quit the game. Of course, you only quit because there are the tech glitches, and yes, I have tried waiting it out, far more than two minutes. One time this happened, I waited for about 10 minutes! The computer player would still be putting the cards out and take them back if I had not turned off the computer at some stage out of frustration! And you pay for this! I pay 4.99 € per month and again and again face this problem! Plus, you get insulted, people play with you who don't look what game they're joining and do not give a darn whether you have started a sequence game but they keep playing a "normal" canasta game (card groups only). Also, if you then leave, of course YOU are the one punished! The customer service staff says you can report people who don't play according to the rules or insult you, BUT that doesn't help you in any way. You still need to finish the "wrong" game or quit and get punished with having to wait 5 minutes to play! PLUS, I used to make screenshots of people insulting me outside of a game; they can't insult me during a game anymore because I turned the chat off. So, some do it afterwards, for no reason, may I add, I just play the game. So, I used to make screenshots to report this to the customer service. Also, I reported said tech glitches. Because then I would at least get my chips back! BUT, of course, they changed it. You can now not send any e-mails to them with attachments! Sadly, I have to say, once again, don't play here, at least not using (and paying for) the premium version. It is so annoying, and, having said that, you are entitled to a refund if the tech doesn't work, in my country, but they don't care!
