It took me more than a month to finally receive my meds; in fact, I just received them today..as a result, there we several days I didn’t have any meds, because I ran out.. I was told the meds had trouble clearing customs, because of the “Iran” conflict.. I well request my refills be made in the UK, to avoid any further problems in the future..( meds shipped from India on 3/30/26).,

The shipment took 2 months to be delivered. it appears the company did not have a backup plan for their normal delivery so they used the English post office. The issue with that is that it took a month to ship the product and then another month for me to receive it.

Easy to order. Cost effective Takes a little long to actually get it to my house. But overall I understand the process

First time customer here. Once I learned how to use the system it all worked out. The prescription I needed for my dog was avaliable at a much lower cost than I could find anywhere else. When it arrived, it was exactly what we had been using from the vet.

Much better pricing than I can find locally or with my prescription plan for the same product, however package tracking has been difficult and lead to concerns I might not be getting package. Then suddenly, it arrived - Just in time.

Payment was a bit cumbersome, but was a good experience overall.

The entire process takes a lot of time, but the price is simply unbeatable! I am very glad that I found this offer from the company!

Our doctor messed up on getting the correct prescription to us. That is on us. BUT...here is what this company did that suggests you should NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM & THEY HAVE HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION.

I agreed to their payment method and they withdrew the funds from my bank account. Shortly after that they told me the prescription I wanted was no available from the country I wanted the Rx from, and offered another country which was at a lower price on their site. NO OFFER of the difference being returned.

Then it took so long that when they were ready to ship, the prescription had expired. Again, my doctor didn't respond in a timely manner and I ultimately had to buy the Rx in the US at a much higher price.

Then, this is where you need to BEWARE. I asked for a refund. I got an email that said they would only issue a refund back to the same account they drew the funds from if I SENT THEM MY BANK STATEMENT. There is not an other company on this planet that demands to see a copy of my bank statement to return funds to the exact account they withdrew them from. You can decide for yourself if this is just fishy or fraudulent.

Bottom line: DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THISS FIRM.

My experience has been good. I have been quite happy to be able to get the meds I need at a price that I can afford. This is huge for me. It did take quite a bit longer to receive my order than I expected though, and there were very few tracking updates to follow and the website links for tracking very often didn’t load. This was vexing. BUT, in the end I did receive my meds and I am quite happy for that. Hopefully my refills will arrive more quickly.

My medications were held up in Dubai for weeks. Canadian Prescription Drugstore should have a "Make Good Policy" when something like this occurs.

Timely communication

Item took two months to arrive, even with expedited shipping purchase. It's the longest I've ever had to wait.

The price was good, but the delivery time was extremely long.

Haven't received my order yet.Ordered in Febuary. It's been 2 months,not happy.

I had very good response from doctor and PA to send in script. Then drugstore timely processed the order as should be. Hopefully the refill works as well.

It was easy to order and received.

It took too much time for my prescription to arrive. I ran out of medication. Could you send me my next 90 days right now so I have them when this order is out of medication.
