Misleading business practices, no refund, and serious concerns about transparency

My experience with CanadaHealth VIP (also operating as Rebright Limited) has been extremely negative.

I purchased their skin patches based on claims that they support weight loss. Within about three weeks of consistent use, it was clear they did not work. Worse, the patches caused significant skin irritation—some areas became very sensitive, and in certain spots the skin was left raw after removing them.

I paid through PayPal and contacted the company to request a refund. They refused, citing internal policies that override what was advertised at the time of purchase. I did not receive any refund.

I also have serious concerns about transparency. The marketing presents the company in a way that suggests a Canadian connection, but my experience—including packaging, shipping, and overall handling—strongly suggested the products were shipped from China, which was not made clear at the time of purchase.

The combination of ineffective products, ultimately branded as a product from the USA, a lack of accountability, and a refusal to resolve the issue raises major concerns about how this business operates.

Be aware: based on my experience, customers may not receive the support or refunds they expect. I strongly urge consumer protection authorities in Canada and payment platforms to review these practices, and I encourage others to proceed with caution.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are very misleading. Trying to sell weight loss patches that does not work. Followed instructions and 2 months later still no results. Their website says 180 day guarantee and guaranteed results or refund 100%. However, when I contacted them about it, they plainly tell you No Refunds. There's a disconnect with the replies I am getting as it seems I am speaking with an AI Bot or automated script. No customer service at all and bogus weight loss products. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Not a reputable company

This company is a fake company. It says it is made in Canada, meanwhile all communication is coming from China. It will manipulate you while you’re purchasing their product and will end up buying more. The patches took two months until I complained to PayPal, and my money was returned. Be careful with this company. It is a pure scam.

Fake patches and their advertised guarantee is ignored

I purchased the skin patches that came with a 180 day unconditional guarantee. They claim these patches help you lose weight with "video proof". After using them daily for 2 months nothing happened except the patches burned my skin! I have scarring from where these patches were placed. When I removed a patch the skin underneath it was raw. I contacted the company and they then claim they cannot refund as they have policies in place . "We understand your concern and appreciate you contacting us. Please note that, in line with our return policy for health and beauty products are non-returnable for unopened, used, or delivered. This policy is in place due to sanitary and hygiene regulations, which do not allow these items to be resold or accepted back for safety reasons.

As beauty products can work differently depending on individual skin types and conditions, our policy does not allow full refunds for items that are not effective. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you a 30% refund on this order." which contravenes with their advertisement of 180 day unconditional guarantee. Do not be suckered in by their false advertising. These patches do not work.
