I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a paintball session for March 20th, but it was canceled due to an issue at the site. While I understand that unexpected things can happen, the real problem started afterward.
I was told over the phone that my refund would be processed by March 28th. Today is April 21st, and I still have not received my money.
What’s worse is the lack of clear communication and accountability. Every time I contact them, I get the same response: We’ll check with the refund department and call you back. When they do follow up, they repeatedly say the refund is approved and that I’ll receive it within two days but this has been going on for over a month now with no resolution.
This kind of runaround is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to chase their own refunds for weeks while being given the same empty promises over and over again.
I would not recommend this company based on this experience. Be cautious when booking, especially if there’s any chance you might need a refund.
