Irresponsible and incompetent Canada Goose warranty services

See my post published today. Their warranty services is a joke. Irresponsible: asking me to pay for delivery to their warranty factory even though apparently the high end cost I bought is faulty (a big hole in the right hand side pocket). Purely messy: even after promising to pay for the delivery charge, they have been very late in sending me a pre paid postal label ( initially said I should have it maximum 3 working days), and after calling the second time they now said I have to wait AT LEAST 3 working days.

Throughout the process I found that they may charge customers at least £75 for cleaning the coat for health and safety reason first before repairing!!!
