Why can’t government with provincial drop the taxes on gas which would help bring down all other transportation costs ? Its a no brainer it’s just ignorance!!

Processing department for OAS is terrible. I applied 16 months prior to OAS payment due. I had to fight to have my application approved and start payments. Caused me to have NSF's, late rent and bills. Then today, I received my tax slips which is missing a payment and going to take 45 days just to look at it. The customer service department is great. Maybe AI should take over the processing department though.

I just want to say it's pitiful that the government is interfering with the reception of the phones in the ostrich farm and that you guys are doing it on purpose your families should be disgusted by you your children should be ashamed. I just contacted the company about a fridge that is 10 years old. They said that after 1 year nothing will be done. Nothing wrong with the fridge but 5 shelves are all cracked and need to be replaced.
I didn't think anything of it. But now they are all cracked and falling apart and each shelf costs about 60 dollars each.
My question is should I spend the money to replace them or just buy another fridge which will not be Samsung?

The government does not care about the people but only the $$$$$. People like me on disability live in worse than poverty conditions, with about 600$ to live off of. You can't even buy groceries with that. What about utilities or phone bill. This is absolutely sickening when they can give millions and billions of dollars to help other country's and say,' the helll with our people. I'm 49 years old and am starving each month. Take care of your own people instead of everywhere else. This is bullshit what we live off of. The government is trying to kill us with this kind of money we have been forced to live off of. If they want my vote next go around, then double our payment so we don't have to starve. I'm tempted to steal food soon as I'm starving every month. This is very sad how you guys are making me live. I didn't ask for this disability and feel like I am not wanted to be alive by this government. Step up and t.ake care of us and stop giving g millions away and saying you have no money for us, we are not stupid, we know you can easily give more to us instead of helping other countries and other useless organisations, like Bowing when you helped them with bankruptcy with how many millions of dollars? As a Convention refugee, I trusted Canada’s IRCC to protect me. Instead, they issued a forged work permit tied to my biometric data and later used it to falsely accuse me of misconduct. The permit never appeared in my GCMS notes but was marked in my official IRCC account and linked to my fingerprints — a clear case of biometric abuse.
Despite multiple urgent requests, IRCC refused to correct the records, provide protection, or take action. This led to my forced exile and total loss of legal identity across borders. My biometric data is still being misused internationally while IRCC ignores the danger.
This is a serious violation of international refugee and privacy law. Canada should be held accountable.

Worst Country Hypokrits. Acting all nice and ripping of foreigners with tax back and Visa Fees and worst service with longest waiting times for getting stuff done. So many call backs and waiting ques wasting time on the phone im happy if i never be confronted with that bs country again. Just want my tax money back and thats it! I would like to acknowledge Trudeau and his Cabinet on their biggest single achievement. Their leadership has led Canada to complete destruction nationally, internationally, economically and militarily. Congratulations Mr. Trudeau. Only a person who had a total hatred for Canada and Canadians could achieve what you able to accomplish. The worst thing is that Canadians allowed you to get away with it for so long. What you have done to Canada and Canadians can only be described as criminal and I am being extremely lenient with my description of you and your cabinet. I am ashamed to fly the Canadian flag or call myself a Canadian thanks to you.

Very odd experience. Their website seems well-made, I had an application pending for months, then I learned that the window closed somewhere in october, however I had no updates until today. It took them 2 months to realise they had applications still pending!

Typical government employee phone service - useless, unhelpful, not interested in providing answers. It’s quite disappointing really.

On August 15, 2023 I began reactivating my SIN since it was dormant.

I was told from many Service Canada agents, including the disability pension department, that I can access my PAC and GC Key to upload medical documents for my disability application; but first I needed to reactivate my SIN and update my legal name.

I submitted my online form providing all required documentations including my mother's maiden name, birth certificate, as well as Canadian / US passports / US Travel Card ID / Arizona Driver's License / Certificate of Marriage / Legal Change of Name Form.

BC has had my mother's maiden name misspelled by one letter since my birth. I have been able to apply for many Federal or Provincial documents using the old spelling, so I never worried about it.

A few days ago I learned that now there is another NEW - WRONG SPELLING of my mother's maiden name!

Government of Canada requires this information for identity verification. This is ludicrous and a federal offence. Someone has actually gone in and changed my mother's maiden name to a SPELLING I'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE.

I NEED HELP! Please!

Please have a senior management official or director call me to explain what must be done to clear this up.

English is not my parents' first language and they get nervous about this kind of activity.

THE BEST AND EASIEST THING FOR ME IS IF AN OFFICIAL WHO HAS THE AUTHORITY AND PERMISSIONS TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM ME, CONNECT WITH ME TO PROVIDE AN APPROPRIATE EMAIL TO RECEIVED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS THAT PROVE MY MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME CORRECT SPELLING.

I plan to ask my mother for official documents proving the correct spelling of her maiden name. At that point I would like to email a smart, professional management official who has the AUTHORITY to look at the documents, call my mother to verify her identity and then OFFICIALLY correct her maiden name spelling in her Federal Government files if needed.... and in my Federal Government files.

I have been tossed around by agents, hearing different answers, and culminating in hearing that my mother's maiden name has been incorrectly altered.

I don't want to waste my time with anyone who isn't able to quickly, cleanly, and professionally help me correct this information for my Canadian identity and for my mother's Canadian identity.

Still waiting... been waiting for over 4 weeks for eta to be processed. Still no contact even though website says 72hours you will be contacted. Never happened. Booked flights 8 weeks out thinking it will be enough time. Now I have lost momey on flights and visa application as there is no point me even entering canada no more
