Rubbish product
Rubbish product, works well with older models, but the software its not up to standard with new models.

Immobiliser purchased and installed in just a few days. Louis arrived punctually and fitted the device. He clearly explained its features and helped me understand how to set up and change settings.
Can't comment on the effectiveness of the Immobiliser and its ease of use yet as I haven't had the opportunity to test it out, however it's reassuring to know my pride and joy is now safer than it was yesterday.
Really quick, professional and friendly service
The complete process of ordering and having the system installed has been very efficient and very professional. I am extremely appreciative of such service. The Sales & Marketing Director, Lee Paulton, guided me through the ordering very professionally and clearly explained the extensive benefits of the system. All communication was timely and efficient. Thanks Lee Paulton for all your help on this, much appreciated. The installation was booked in and I was kept informed of the key timings and dates by the Engineer, Simon who turned up bang on time. Simon was very efficient and installed the CAN-Phantom Immobiliser and the time going through the installation in terms of the set up and operation. Simon, you are a star! I was just so impressed with the end result. The standard of workmanship was high class and the hard wiring into the car electrics was totally undetectable. I have been massively impressed by this incredibly professional and highly efficient business. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Fitted quickly! 100% recommend and made me feel secure about my vehicle.
Great product
Great product, they have features others in the industry don’t provide. Louis was a great help explained everything well. Would defiantly recommend CAN-PHANTOM.

Outstanding Product

Highly recommended and second car hopefully getting done next week.

I joined with Can Phantom in October…
I joined with Can Phantom in October 24. I paid nearly £1000 and booked the training course for November. After the course I chose the first vehicle for my training install which was a family member’s Range Rover. I received some files via WhatsApp one for a body can and one for an engine. As the choice of buttons was better for the body version I chose that one. I programmed the immobiliser then installed but nothing worked. As this was a Sunday I couldn’t get help from Can Phantom so gave up tor the day and contacted can phantom the next day. On the Monday I called and spoke to one of the receptionists who went away and called me back a few hours later telling me that I couldn’t use the version of files they had sent and would need to use an engine immobiliser version. So as I only seen the family member every few weeks it was around 2 weeks before I could give it another go. Again on a Sunday I set about fitting the immobiliser and yet again after reprogramming with the new file fitting the immobiliser into the vehicle the immobiliser would not recognise any of the buttons. So for the second time I packed up for the day. The next day I called can phantom again and explained the problem and the receptionist said she would try and find out what to do next. I then received by WhatsApp another file to try and was told if that didn’t work to program a new immobiliser incase it was the immobiliser that was the issue. So as before another 2 weeks passes I get the car and again nothing worked. Feeling massively let down having had very little help and only from the receptionist I decided to call Lee. I explained what had happened and told him I had received very little support he said that he hadn’t had this sort of feedback for over a year. He said that they had problems in the past but he had no knowledge of this sort of issue for at lest a year. I asked if I could return the unused immobilisers for a refund as they would be no good to me due to having no access to programming files and the experience I had with his company had put me off. Lee explained how his company doesn’t give refunds but if I would like he would give my number to other installers and they could maybe buy them from me cheap so that I didn’t loss the full £1000. What he did say though in relation to the issues I had was that maybe the car had a new wiring loom as the problem could not be with their immobilisers. I found that strange as all the wires in the loom were exactly the same ones as used in their installation instructions. So deflated I agreed and asked if he could get anyone to buy the immobilisers. That was over a month ago. After reading some the reviews left here I decided to leave mine as I have read some very poor responses from the company in relation to other people’s experiences. Imagine how you would feel spending £1000 or more with a company getting little to no help then when you give a review the company reply saying and I quote “unfortunately this chap has an extremely low IQ”. This is not how Lee spoke to me when he was trying to get me to join their company and I’m guessing not how he spoke to the person in Canada that can phantom said had a low IQ after his review. This review is an honest review nothing has been exaggerated. If you still want to give them a try then do so but in my experience after you spend your time £1000 you will get no support

From the very first phone call I made to the installation the whole experience was brilliant. As soon as I confirmed picking up my new car within days it was fitted. Fitting was quick and Simon who fitted it could not do enough to make sure the install went smoothly. Will fully recommend to anyone
Scammers, Liars, Thieves
I am someone who signed up with Can-Phantom to become an installer. I trusted the brand and therefore bought 10 units as a starter pack. I've had these 10 units for 3 months now because Lee from Can-Phantom is not helping me in any way to receive proper training. I initially waited for 1 month because he stated that Alan was sick and we should wait till he gets better. Then Alan did the training which was a 2 hour video call showing me some PowerPoint slides and he didn't explain anything well about how to actually install the units. In fact, 1 hour of that training he was chatting about stuff in his life and interests as if I was on a date with him. Then I talked to Lee about it and he said he will try to find an installer who can provide a training for me, he connected me with someone from the UK and I waited another month for him to decide on a day and on the day of the training he just ghosted me. I complained to Lee again and he connected me with another installer from Canada which I spoke with and he told me that he will provide the training to me sometime next week (that was in the end of January) to get trained on the installation. since then I've been waiting and now it's 3 months of waiting so far since the units arrived. I've had an argument with Lee because I feel like I got scammed and he doesn't seem to care, he lied to me about supporting me and all he cared about is making a sale off me and then he replied to me with an abusive language and blocked me. He blamed me for speaking to him in an abusive attitude, well, what can you expect when you scam people? I paid around £1,670 total and he didn't provide me with the training, didn't care about supporting me, told me he's not going to support anymore and will not refund me and will never hear from him again and then blocked me. Now I am sitting with his products which I can't use because he didn't train me on them, and I can't sell them because whoever buys them needs a specific how-to-install training from them. They are a bunch of scammers, liars, and thieves. He's gonna respond to me now that I am lying and he's gonna speak in an abusive language because that's what he knows to do... lie to people and scam them. Send me my £1,670 back you scammer. You might mention I paid £1,450 and not £1,670, well the £1,670 includes the duty and customs fees. A day will come and you will regret your disgusting behaviors.
If you see any ads of ((become an installer today)), please run away and avoid yourself from headaches and getting your money stolen!!

Hahaha, your installers in Canada has also told me that your training courses were useless and they couldn't benefit from it. And they struggled in the beginning due to lack of support from you but because they have 20 years of experience in car electrics they kept trying and were eventually able to do it on their own, and in the beginning they faced many issues with their customers. I got in contact with another installer and they said the same thing about you, they struggled due to lack of support. Man up and have responsibility and some respect gentleman. Don't accuse me of having a low IQ when you didn't deliver anything properly to me, you are showing me PowerPoint slides with texts about how to install a device?!?!?! 😂😂 an electrical device installation training needs to be hands-on you genius. Second of all how do you assume my IQ level?? Do you know that I graduated from the university with a degree in software in engineering and I know all the coding languages and then did my masters in AI and machine learning and currently pursuing my PhD studies in the same field? Do you know that I have published articles under my name? Do you know who you're talking to you illiterate retard or you don't?
