Bought one of these. Arrived in an unbranded box. Clicked QR code on the side of the box which took me to the website. Scrolled down to the AppStore link and it took me to the App Store but not to the application. Tried 24/7 chat and was met with an email help page. I sent issue that I could not access App Store. An automated email was promptly sent with a link to the App Store program. It was some random app with Chinese writing. Proceeded to install app but it’s full of Chinese ads and minimal English. On the website it shows hundreds of positive views coming from trustpilot. But when I came to trustpilot and searched for reviews there is only 12 with a 1.9 average rating. This is most definitely a scam. I’m thankful I paid $10 for it at a yard sale but buyer beware. In addition, my friend who sold it to me said she bought 4 in order to use them all but the app only allowed her to operate one on the app.

Too bad there aren't negative stars.

Spam emails constantly since.
Finally shipped March 12.
Might be delivered March 18.
Having serious doubts about the product from the service so far.
Should have come here first to see reviews.

Worst customer service ever. Charged me for two cameras, but only sent one. The one I received required an endless number of downloads to try and make it work, WHICH IT DID NOT. Returned the camera with tracking and they are playing all sorts of games trying not to refund me even though I followed all return policy rules and completed the mandatory survey. I am over 20 emails deep and they are still playing games. BUYER BEWARE -SCAM ALERT!!!

Cheap and nasty little cameras supported by an App which is loaded with scammy adverts seeking money and does not work.
Instructions are written by someone whose first language is not English and the telephone support staff just want to tell you that their own cameras work perfectly.
I did eventually get the camera to link with the App, but the camera does not stay switched on unless you stay holding the on button down.
Completely useless.

Stole a product from Aliexpress, selling it at $40 when you can buy it for $1 at aliexpress.

Product took a while to arrive. It was packed decently, but one of the boxes in the multi-pack was damaged, which did not effect the camera. The hand feel of these cameras can be described no better than "cheap", extremely lightweight in a bad way (Legos are made of way better plastic). The app is garbage, but initially it seemed to install each camera ok, but once they were all added to the app, I could never get more than 1 or 2 cameras to show up. Picture quality from the short time I've actually been able to see anything was mediocre, but again most of the time they aren't connected to the app. Do not buy these, only a 30 day refund policy, and by the time you actually receive them, you might be on to other things and that 30 days is gone by the time you actually test them out and figure out that they are garbage. They imply the company is former "doorbell" execs, that has to be stretching the truth (if any at all, and certainly not the one they are implying), and the functionality of the cameras themselves and how they interact with the app, is nothing short of overselling; This very rating site (Trust) is shown as having a 3.7 star rating with around 8400 reviews, hardly and I can imagine the trustworthy tech sites they refer to are also a scam. The app, which you don't know about until after the fact is rated 1.5 stars and has plenty of bad reviews that you don't see prior to purchase. Run, do not buy! And if you do buy, save the packaging, they want to see that for any chance of a return.

Avoid at all costs. An absolute pile of crap. Cheap and nasty rubbish and not fit for purpose. They are appalling quality and picture quality unless you have magnificent bright light is pants. Got suckered in by some clever marketing.

The SD slot doesn't register card. The on/off takes many tries to do either on/off. The picture quality is non existent. The whole process of setting up is a colossal chore and may take several attempts only to be disappointed.

Purchased these cameras after Christmas
Thought them good at first,but then all he'll broke loose. Went away for a few days could not see my rooms in camera.no night vision as promised on ther advert. Phoned them and girl tried to fob me off,take a picture of cameras and send them before refund . These cameras are a waste of time stay clear of them. There no good rubbish it's a scam.
